Coming from a background that was founded on the sheer hard will which guided him to where he is today in society. Mr. Lim takes great pride in making efforts to help people within the community so that more people may have happiness in their lives. The growth of Lucky Ruby has created many job opportunities for the local community enhancing their lives while he embarks on numerous charity activities to help the underprivileged members of society find their footing in life.

Lucky Ruby Border Casino is located at Prey Vor, Svay Rieng Province of Cambodia. Our location is uniquely positioned as we are only 3 and a half hours away from Phnom Penh, less than an hour should you be coming from Bavet, and only 3 hours if you are traveling from Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
